Construction Process
- Prepare for construction.
- Measure the area.
- Start earthwork.
- Clean up the roadbed.
- Compact the roadbed.
- Lay the gravel road surface.
- Inspect and accept the backfill compaction.
Earthwork
- Based on the depth of the excavation, prepare the appropriate excavator.
- A dump truck will assist in loading and transporting the soil.
- Within 20 meters of the foundation, excavation and leveling will be aided by manual labor.
Roadbed Compaction
- Use a tire-type vibrating roller to roll 4-8 times, with the exact number of passes depending on the actual requirements.
- Small tamping machines will be used to compact areas where large machinery cannot reach, such as corners of the structure and nearby areas.
Pad Construction
- Select pad materials according to design requirements.
- Ensure the laying thickness meets design specifications.
- Perform rolling as required by the design.
